Why would the judge sell or use drugs when he is already deep in the law enforcement business and has got no shortage of money? Quinn continues her freelancing as well and stumbles onto some shocking truth about her father's death that is going to change the way she looked at her life, forever. Meanwhile the Knife Stalker is still out there, waiting, watching, stalking, trying to figure out who is going to be his next victim.
